A hash of your claim code, which pack you bought, what came out of it, and the timestamps. That is the complete list.

No email, no name, no password, no wallet address, no IP address, no user agent, no cookies for tracking, no analytics and no fingerprint. Nothing that could link two of your orders to each other.

It is asked for once, at the moment you sell a card back, and it is held encrypted only for as long as it takes to hand it to the swap provider. Then it is cleared. It is never shown on a public page and never attached to anything else about you.

The swap provider sees a Monero payment and a dollar payout. Collector Crypt see that a pack was bought. Neither of them is told who you are, because we do not know.

There is almost nothing to ask about and no way for us to identify which rows are yours without your claim code, which we would rather you did not send anybody. A contact channel is not published yet.
